How to distinguish true and false NSK bearing
Look at the packaging
There are subtle differences between the fake NSK brand bearing outer package and the genuine NSK brand bearing outer package, including that the NSK trademark marked on the right side of the box is in red black font, while the genuine NSK trademark is in white black font.
Two ratio axle body
The paint film surface of bearing products with fake NSK brand is slightly uneven compared with the genuine ones. Due to the lack of anti-corrosion measures and sealing lubrication, the sensory quality of the fake bearings is significantly lower than the genuine ones. In addition, through the identification of product certificate, bearing model identification and special anti-counterfeiting mark, we can also identify the true and false.
Three weigh the weight
For NSK bearing of the same model, the material used for fake bearing is obviously less than that for genuine bearing. Due to the fact that most of the fake bearings are Jerry built, ordinary steel is used instead of high oxidation special steel, and the weight will be light.
Four look at the appearance.
The inner and outer raceways of the centripetal ball bearing in normal technical state shall be free of peeling and severe abrasion marks, and shall be in a bright arc groove; all the balls shall be round without spots, cracks and peeling on the surface; the cage shall not be loose, broken or worn through.
Five listen to voice.
When one hand is used to hold the inner ring and the other hand is used to gently push the outer ring to rotate rapidly, it is required to rotate stably, only the slight sound of the ball rolling on the raceway can be heard, without vibration; when stopping, it shall slow down gradually, without retrogression after stopping.
Six test data
For normal radial ball bearings, the clearance between the inner and outer rings and the rolling element is 0.005-0.010mm. When shaking the inner and outer rings along the radial direction, there should be no clearance. The used bearing can shake along the shaft with the inner ring held by hand for several times. When there is obvious sound between the outer ring and the ball, it means that the fit clearance is more than 0.03mm, so it should not be used again.
